The Autonomous Drone Artist (ADA) is a modular technology that enables an open source drone to become an artist. The technology combines cameras, motors, depth perception sensors (LiDAR) and 3D printing to spray paint colourful artwork and vibrant patterns onto a vertical surface or canvas. The ADA technology is designed to be implemented as a module on any open source/customisable drone currently on the market and provides anyone with the luxury of having an artist anywhere.
